To enable us to give you the best care, carry the following documents with you:

This information can help us get your complete profile, required to build a treatment plan tailored to your dental requirements.
What Happens At The Consultation?
This appointment may take from 15 to 30 minutes and involves the following:
- A discussion of your concerns and goals about your teeth.
- A complete physical examination of your teeth and oral health.
- We may recommend some diagnostics, such as an OPG and /or lateral cephalogram or full mouth radiograph, if needed. If diagnostics are recommended, impressions would be taken for detailed study models to formulate treatment plans.
